Information delivery method includes: configuring, by a network access device, route information for a terminal, wherein the RRC connection is established between the network access device and the terminal, the route information is used to indicate the uplink data transmission path, and the transmission path includes a mobile communication line or a WLAN line; delivery by network access device of route information to terminal, wherein the terminal is configured to determine the target transmission path for the uplink data in accordance with the route information and transmits the uplink data to the network access device in accordance with the target transmission path.

EFFECT: technical result is elimination of overload and high efficiency of uplink data transmission and high efficiency of mobile communication system.
