FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to interventional cardiology, arrhythmology and cardiosurgery. Pocket is created for the implantation device, a three-time puncture of the left subclavian vein is performed for alternate introduction of electrodes into the heart and active fixation in the upper one-third of the interventricular septum of the right ventricular electrode. Venous coronary sinus is cannulated. It is performed in at least two projections and evaluated to select target coronary sinus branch on left ventricular lateral wall. Passive fixation in the vein of the left ventricular electrode and active fixation of the third electrode in the right atrium eye are performed. Left ventricular electrode is implanted in the lumen of only that vein of the lateral wall of the left ventricle, where the value of the physiological electrical interventricular delay measured on the analyzer-programmer by increasing the velocity of movement of endogram from 50 or 100 mm/s, has a greater value. Right-ventricular electrode is first implanted, and the right atrium electrode is implanted in the last turn.
EFFECT: method enables selecting the optimal coronary sinus branch with the highest interventricular retention parameter and performing the left ventricular implantation in the given branch, predict a response to a cardioresynchronizing therapy by covering the pulse between the ventricular electrodes of the largest mass of left ventricular myocardium and reducing the number of patients with chronic heart failure syndrome not responding to the cardioresynchronizing therapy.
