FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiac surgery. At pre-operation stage echocardiologic examination for determination of late point of left ventricle activisation is carried out. Additionally performed is coronary agiography when contrast substance is introduced into left coronary in anterior-posterior projection, right anterior 30-40° oblique and left anterior 30-40° oblique projections, as well as in left anterior 30-45° oblique projection with cranial 10-15° and caudal 10-15° deviation to visualisation of venous phase. In case if coronary sinus and/or "target" vein and/or internal diameter of "target" vein smaller than diameter of left ventricular electrode, electrode is implanted through thoracoscopic access or mini-thoracotiomy is performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce time of installation of left ventricular electrode, twice reduce time of X-ray examination, to perform selection of electrode localisation place in more accurate way, as well as to reduce the number of intra- and post-operation complications.
