SUBSTANCE: puncture of the medial saphenous vein of the arm in the area of the elbow joint is performed, the introducer 7F is installed, the multichannel electrode with ten detectors is positioned in the coronary sinus under X-ray control with the distal end to the anterior interventricular vein, covering the left ventricle to the ratio of the internal diameter of the coronary sinus and the diameter of the electrode 3:1–4:1, after inserting the electrode into the coronary sinus, the multichannel electrode is connected to the electrophysiological complex, the appropriate parameters are set in the hardware filter of the station, and all detectors are combined into cathode-anode pairs, the frequency filter range is from 1 to 10 Hz.

EFFECT: method enables to visualize transpositions of the endogram target area and makes it possible to carry out high-precision local diagnostics of myocardial biopotentials during endovascular correction of coronary arteries in patients with coronary artery disease.
