Every passing support-and-rotary unit can be equipped with mechanical transmission, the elements of which can be gear wheels, or worm and worm wheel. Besides, one of end faces of trunnion journal and hollow pivot shaft can be made of 1/2 disc.

EFFECT: wider range of technical means, which enable to prevent and reduce specific pressures, increase resistance to radial and axial loads, interlock capacity of various media, besides, possibility of welding of structural elements by nonconsumable electrode in argon medium without application of filler material.
