FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to xenon-sparing combined anaesthesia. At the stage of maintaining anaesthesia during inhalation of xenon with concentration of 40–45% in the gas mixture inhaled by the patient, the flow is set in range of 150–200 ml/min and FiO2 is not lower than 35%, as well as continuous intravenous infusion of the sedative preparation dexmedetomidine in mode of 0.5 mcg/kg/h.
