SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry. Plant is equipped with a section for forming technological packs of coniferous tabs from a buffer stock, a cryogenic chamber into which process stacks are loaded and maintained at a temperature of -24 °C to -30 °C in a gas-air medium until complete freezing, accumulator-baking plate spreader, which are further supplied to sectional vibrating multi-row sieve sorting for separation of needles from sprouts, which further enter spade collector. Sorting consists of several rows of sieve sections arranged vertically above each other. In the lower sieve section of the mesh, the sieves have a rectangular shape with dimensions providing for single-piece passage of needles into the drying chamber, a separator, a hopper-accumulator of the needles and a section of the product package.

EFFECT: plant will allow to produce pure needles with preservation of valuable substances.
