SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Invention discloses a method of producing carotene-enriched liquid fodder mixtures, according to which wood wastes are milled, mixed with grain, milled, heated and fermented with a polyenzyme, and the finished product is obtained. Milled coniferous boughs is additionally used. Barley grains are used as grains.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a product having high nutritional value, having biological activity and increased digestibility.
