FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and relates to a device for measuring brightness temperature. Device has a reference radiation source, two optical diaphragms, an optical focusing system, a band-pass optical filter, a photodiode receiver and a femto-amperemeter. Reference radiation source is formed by laser emitter and integrating sphere. First diaphragm is installed tightly to the output port of the integrating sphere. Second diaphragm is installed tightly to the input port of the photodiode receiver. Band-pass optical filter is installed nearby or close to the second diaphragm on the side of the first diaphragm. Optical focusing system provides alternate focusing of radiation from the output port of the integrating sphere and from the analyzed object to the photodiode receiver.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in the measurements accuracy.
