FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment in the field of high temperatures and can be used in reference metrology for reproduction, transmission and measurement of thermodynamic temperature according to the new international definition of its measurement unit. Disclosed method involves forming a Lambert radiation source calibrated as a given section with a band with a given accuracy, which is equal to the spectral bandwidth of the measurement apparatus, to which the thermodynamic temperature value is transmitted and which is measured, the radiation power measurement by the absolute cryogenic radiometer or the quantum detector, measuring quantum efficiency of a quantum trap-detector, detecting a signal of the measurement apparatus, finding approximating dependences of the signal of the measurement apparatus on the power of radiation and thermodynamic temperature, determination of radiation power corresponding to a given thermodynamic temperature, reproduction and measurement of temperature.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is higher accuracy of reproducing thermodynamic temperature with simultaneous increase in dynamic range to high temperatures.
