FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and concerns device for calibration of photodiode receivers by absolute power of radiation flux. Device comprises a signal measurement unit, a monochromatic radiator, a neutral absorbing filter arranged in series along the radiation path, first and second polarisers, a photodetector and an absolute cryogenic radiometer. Radiometer consists of an entrance window of the Brewster and a receiving cavity having a heat absorption coefficient close to unity within a given accuracy. Photodetector and the radiometer are mounted on a position translator which enables input / output from a monochromatic radiation beam. First polariser is installed on the holder with the possibility of accurate positioning of its angular position for change of the polarization axis. Axis of the second polariser is parallel to the plane of incidence of radiation at the inlet window of the absolute cryogenic radiometer at the Brewster angle.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of calibration accuracy, simplification of device design, expansion of graduated range in terms of power and reduction of measurement duration.
