FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science, namely to a metabolic correction method at a risk of developing fatty hepatosis in lactating cows. Method involves the intramuscular introduction of a complex preparation obtained by adding succinic acid in amount of 1 % to the ready iodinol solution. Preparation is introduced 30 days before the delivery and in the first month of the lactation period with 1-fold dose of 7 days in dose of 10 ml.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables normalization of fat metabolism.
