SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and is intended for missile throwing and can be used in various industries, as well as for designing and manufacturing of various types of barrels. Barrel of double ballistics is barrel for round projectile (2). At that, reverse, opposite, inner wall (7) of barrel bore is reduced from muzzle section along length by 0.2–1.5 of gauge - L2 (8) and gradually, at distance of 0.5–1.0 of gauge - L3 (10) from shortened muzzle section (4b), barrel bore wall on inner side becomes thinner and thinner, passing into progressive steepness at muzzle section (9).

EFFECT: enabling more effective projectile throwing from closed, protected position by targets, open and protected area folds, in tank-cuts, trenches, in forest belt, in mountain conditions, in urban conditions and directly in buildings, including multi-storey, reducing the number of "unachievable targets", reduced scattering, reduced consumption of ammunition, increased efficiency of firing at protected artificial and natural obstacles targets, protection against counter battery exposure.
