FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to radio engineering and is intended to form a periodic pulse train with anticipatory delay relative to the initial sequence, which in particular is necessary to compensate for delays occurring in communication channels. Disclosed are devices in which feature is that periodic sequence of pulses with required time shift is formed not by shifting initial, and by generating an autonomous sequence of pulses with the required frequency, using reference clock pulses and information on the phase of the input sequence. Basis of the devices is a flip-flop, a counter and a conversion factor unit.
EFFECT: technical result achieved when using the present group of inventions consists in reduction of phase fluctuations of the output signal.
