SUBSTANCE: dispensing device for sanitary goods comprises an electromechanical switch which is configured to be actuated when dispensing a sanitary article. Action of distributing sanitary-hygienic goods makes said electromechanical switch to convert mechanical energy associated with said distribution action into electric energy. Said dispensing device is configured to use said electrical power to emit a signal such that said dispenser emits a signal at each dispensing of the sanitary article. System for monitoring the consumption of sanitary goods in a dispenser includes a dispensing device in accordance with the above, as well as a receiving device for wireless reception of the emitted signal, wherein said receiving device is located remotely from said dispenser and a central computer or server for receiving data from said receiving device. Also disclosed is a method for monitoring dispensers for sanitary products.
