FIELD: technological processes; oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for oil dehydration and desalination and oil products cleaning. Electric dehydrator comprises a horizontal vessel with an electrode system, a branched collector system for inlet and outlet of oil, bottom water, interphase layer, washing and removal of sediment, high-voltage input device with steady-state or flexible type bushing insulator installed in union and remote measuring devices, at that, on the high-voltage input fitting passage flange of the high-voltage input connection flange, there is a through hole with a ventilation nozzle for gas removal from the high-voltage input connection and the upper part of the electric dehydrator, current collector of feedthrough insulator is installed shrink tube with breakdown voltage of not less than 35 kV, high-voltage input union is additionally equipped with an insulating fluoroplastic pipe, inside which there is a conductive cable, ends of potential electrodes and their suspension rods are equipped with die plugs, at that, on electrodes suspensions thread is made and nuts are installed for change of interelectrode distances, oil discharge collector is box-type with detachable walls and its attachment to electric dehydrator is made with detachable fasteners out of stainless steel.
EFFECT: raised efficiency, stability and reliability of electric dehydrator.
