SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. For this purpose, the device is able to properly notify the reception side about the resource setting parameter for GFDM modulation on the transmission side. Device includes: a processing unit configured to be configured to change at least one of the sub-carrier bandwidth or the duration of the sub-symbol in the first resource, and store information indicating the first resource setting parameter in the second resource, in which the predetermined values for the sub-carrier bandpass and the duration of the sub-symbol are set.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of communication.
