FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of wood materials with reduced release of volatile organic compounds, including terpenes, acids and aldehydes. Lignocellulose-containing comminution products are prepared. Lignocellulose-containing comminution products are brought into contact with a combination of additives with a first component in form of porous carbon and a second component in form of hydrosulphite. Mixed with the combination of additives containing lignocellulose the comminution products are subjected together with the glue pressing at heat treatment to produce wood material. Invention also relates to use of porous carbon, primarily activated carbon, in combination with hydrosulphite, primarily ammonium bisulphite, as a combination of additives in the production of wood materials. Components of the combination of additives are jointly, separately or sequentially introduced or applied in the process of producing wood-based material. Obtained wood material is preferably OSB-boards, light and super-light fibrous boards and wood insulating boards.
EFFECT: reduced emission of volatile organic compounds.
