SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used to measure temperature and heat flow inside a process in order to control or monitor the process. Provided is heat flow sensor (100) configured to provide temperature indication relative to process fluid medium. Sensor (100) comprises first element (112) of resistive temperature sensor (RTD) and second element (114) of RTD, which is located inside shell (102) from first element (112) of RTD. Sensor (100) also includes a set of leads containing first subset (201) and second subset (202), wherein first subset (201) is connected to the first RTD element, and the second subset is connected to the second RTD element. At that, the first RTD element and the second RTD element face opposite directions.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of obtained data.
