FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to ultrasonic converters for control of fluid medium. An ultrasonic converter for control of fluid medium includes at least one housing with at least one inner space and at least one core with at least one electroacoustic converting element, which is arranged in the inner space. Besides, the housing has at least one opening facing to fluid medium, which is at least partially closed with at least one insulating film, the edge of which is tightly sealed by means of at least one sealing material. Besides, the housing has a flange located on the fluid medium side, which at least partially envelopes the opening and to which the insulating film is at least partially adjacent, with that, the insulation film edge ends together with the housing flange. A sensor containing such ultrasonic converter is proposed as well.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows reliable protection of the inner space of the converter housing against penetration of test media.
