FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method and device for energy generation. First target material is brought into higher energy state by means of wave resonance, acting on the first target material with the energy supplied by the electromagnetic radiation to obtain the first isotopic shift in the first target material and the neutrons appearing as a result of the first isotopic shift, and providing capture of said neutrons by second target material to obtain second isotopic shift in second target material and output energy of electromagnetic radiation.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility to increase efficiency of energy generation process control due to possibility to control speed of neutrons release by regulation of external energy and by regulation of intensity and frequency content of EM radiation supplied.
