FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless communication system, in particular for receiving user equipment (UE) (24) a message with downlink control information (DCI). UE (24) comprises one or more processing circuits (34), which are configured to assume that a DCI message having a total payload size and a same first index of the control channel element, but different bit fields in common search space and UE-specific search space are transmitted by primary cell (26) to common search space or UE-specific search space based on configuration of UE (24) using radio resource control, RRC.
EFFECT: technical result is that UE is configured to always assume that such DCI message was transmitted by primary cell d CSS.
