FIELD: computer equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Disclosed is a test object comprising a main heat-conducting plate with a recess, a removable heat-conducting plate commensurate with the recess, and an electric heating element. On one side of the main heat-conducting plate there formed is a field of dark and light regular polygons alternating in staggered order with side length L1. On one side of the detachable heat-conducting plate there is also formed a field of alternating staggered dark and light regular polygons with side length L1, and on opposite - similar field of regular polygons with side length L2, L2 < L1, wherein ratio L1/L2 is a natural number. Both heat-conducting plates are made of light material with high heat conductivity, and staggered elements are made of a thin polymer film of dark colour.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creating a device for calibrating cameras of visible and/or infrared ranges, allowing for a fixed position of the test object to provide the recommended view of its shooting for both narrow-angle and wide-angle camera.
