FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis technologies, i.e. manufacturing of three-dimensional physical objects by additional deposition (layering) using, in particular, polymer materials, and more specifically to technologies of jet 3D printing, auxiliary operations of said technologies and equipment for performing auxiliary operations, specifically to a method of controlling printing of a first layer on 3D printer. First layer printing control device on 3D printer comprises thread control unit, which is made in the form of encoder, 3D printer control module, control module has at least three settings: free supply settings, difficult supply setting and partial block setting, wherein the encoder provides for measurement of parameters of the thread passing through it and transmits them to 3D printer control module, where the measured parameters are compared to the nominal value of the parameter calculated for the same period of time, and the control module provides the corresponding settings increase, decrease or maintain the previous value of the gap between the nozzle and desktop of 3D printer.
EFFECT: higher flexibility of settings, possibility of controlling the process and achieving maximum adhesion of the first printing layer.
