FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, in particular, to equipment for testing the working bodies of drilling rigs and drill pipes. The device contains a loading mechanism, a thrust assembly with a shaft and a braking mechanism in the form of an angular conical gearbox connected to the shaft of the thrust assembly by a coupling, and two brakes connected using couplings to the brake reducer. The brakes are made in the form of asynchronous electric motors, which operating in the braking mode with the recovery of electrical energy into the supply network by means of semiconductor frequency converters with the corresponding power part.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the stand and reducing power losses during long-term resource tests.
