FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry. Method for chromatographic analysis of organic substances involves thin-layer chromatography of a mixture formed from two initial known individual organic substances, having predetermined characteristics – standards, for analysis, a sample suitable for chromatography is prepared in form of a solution from a mixture of initial individual organic substances, part of the obtained solution is held for at least 30 minutes for possible interaction of the initial individual substances, first sample of solution not exposed to curing is applied on chromatographic plate start line, also second sample of solution subjected to curing is applied on start line of same or other chromatographic plate, both samples are placed into eluent, placing both samples in the eluent until drying on a chromatographic plate, comparing the spots formed on the plate after chromatography from the first and second samples, conclusion on the formation of the supramolecular compound is made by the presence on the plate, apart from the initial individual substances of the additional developed spot, which have appeared from the second sample of spots, with characteristics different from the standards which have appeared on the plate from the first sample, or deviation of characteristics of one of the developed spots from the second sample from the reference initial individual substance, which appeared from the first sample.
EFFECT: wider range of means for establishing the nature of the compound.
