FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of chromatographic analysis of substances and makes it possible to realise analysis of organic substances. Method of chromatographic analysis of organic substances includes dissolution of analysed organic substance in volatile solvent with obtaining sample solution, further application of solution drop on chromatographic plate with a layer of sorbent, as solvent selected is substance, which does not chemically react with sample and sorbent, further qualitative and quantitative analysis of rings that become apparent. Qualitative analysis is carried out relative to standard substance/group of substances, applied on plate in the same conditions as analysed sample, and quantitative analysis is performed by weight or area of ring, corresponding to particular substance/group of substances.
EFFECT: simplification of method of chromatographic analysis of organic substances, reduction of time, required for analysis.
