FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for chromatographic analysis of a multicomponent substance, where a sample of the substance, characterised by a fractional composition, is dissolved in an extractant in which all fractions of the sample are soluble. Further, the solution from the mixture of the extractant and the dissolved sample are put into/onto a stationary phase. Eluent is then passed through the extractant with the sample, said eluent being a substance in which at least one of the fractions under analysis is insoluble. Further, each substance coming out of the mixture of the extractant with the sample and in/on the stationary phase is then identified. Quantitative value of each extracted substance is determined during identification. Each extracted substance is identified visually using chemical reagents, through ultrasonic exposure, using a spectrophotometric technique and is carried out by comparison with a standard substance.
EFFECT: possibility of determining fractional composition of multicomponent substances, broader functionalities of chromatographic analysis, simple method and fast analysis.
