FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely neurooncology, and can be used further for increasing non-specific anticancer resistance and achieving the pronounced antitumour effect at the stages of complex treatment of patients with malignant brain growths. For this purpose, the human glioblastoma cell T98G cell culture is subjected to successive exposure to first ionizing radiation in dose of 10 Gy using the TheratronEquinox apparatus of BestTheratronics, then to pulse magnetic field using sequence of frequency modes close to endogenous cerebral frequencies. Exposure to the pulsed magnetic field is carried out using Neurosoft company therapeutic Neuro-MS/D apparatus in frequency mode F = 0.3 Hz (t = 5 min), F = 3 Hz (t = 1 min), F = 9 Hz (t = 1 min), t total = 7 min at B = 15 mT. Immediately after these exposures, the culture is placed in multi-gas incubator SV 150 with controlled conditions - 5 % CO2, 37 °C and 95 % moisture content. Results are analysed twenty-four hours after the exposure.
EFFECT: method provides reduced mitotic activity of cells and, simultaneously, increased mortality in culture of glioblastoma T98G, relative to control, both due to local action of pulsed magnetic field, and in combination with ionizing radiation.
