FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for pulsed electromagnetic exposure of cell culture for medical and biological purposes. In the method, a cell culture is exposed to a pulsed electromagnetic field with the induction of a magnetic field B=(0.35÷4) T, frequency f=(10÷70) kHz, the number of pulses n=(3÷9) and a duty cycle t=(1÷3) S.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the intensity of suppression of functions and the subsequent destruction of cell cultures due to the local exposure to a pulsed electromagnetic field.
