SUBSTANCE: invention relates to imidazolidine-2,4-dione and imidazolidine-2,4,5-trione derivatives, which are 1-(((1R,4aS,10aR)-7-isopropyl-1,4a-dimethyl-1,2,3,4,4a,9,10,10a-octahydrophenanthren-1-yl)methyl)-3-phenylimidazolidine-2,4-dione (I) and 1-(2-adamantyl)-3-((1R,4aS,10aR)-7-isopropyl-1,4a-dimethyl-1,2,3,4,4a,9,10,10a-octahydrophenanthrene-1-yl)imidazolidine-2,4,5-trion (II).

EFFECT: compounds of formulas (I) and (II), which are capable in non-cytotoxic concentrations to reduce the ability of GBM cells of grafted lines to migration (in scratch overgrowth test) by 30–37%.
