SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to materials with superhigh desiccant capacity, specifically to methods of wet production of said material. Method for production of superabsorbent material by wet method includes formation of water salt solution with concentration from 0.01 to 4.5 N of ion salt and pH value from 0 to 6.0 by addition of strong acid, dispersing, in an aqueous salt solution, a superabsorbent polymer (SAP) component selected from among polymers containing at least one acidic resin which is not completely neutralized, obtaining a first web by delamination and suction in the SAP suspension filtration mesh band deposition section; washing the web with an alkaline solution until the required acidity level is achieved for SAP suspensions in acidic salt solutions, washing the web with water and vacuum suction; drying web. Ratio between pH and salt concentration is such that it causes water absorption in SAP not exceeding about 30.00 gH2O/gSAP. Also disclosed is a version of the method for producing superabsorbent material by wet method.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides reduction of power consumption, also said methods are more environmentally friendly.
