FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication and particularly to random access technology in a wireless communication system. Invention discloses a method for sending a random access preamble sequence, a device and a system. In this solution, the terminal device receives a cyclic shift value which satisfies the high-speed motion scenario, and sends a random access preamble sequence corresponding to the cyclic shift value. Effect introduced by the high-speed motion scenario is taken into account when determining the random access preamble sequence, thereby avoiding interference between terminal devices in the high-speed scenario.
EFFECT: technical result consists in exclusion of mutual interference between terminal devices during random access in a high-speed scenario.
