FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hammer crushers. Crusher comprises frame 1, housing 2, made in the form of hollow cylinder with toothed deck 3 and vertically installed in it on shaft 4 rotor 5 of constant diameter, with fixed to it hammers 6, arranged one above another rows, discharge window 8, made in bottom housing, loading neck 9, drive 10. Deck teeth are made in the form of rectangular triangle, which larger leg is arranged on deck, and smaller – above its hypotenuse, rows of teeth of deck in horizontal plane are separated from each other, hammers are installed opposite to each row of teeth of deck, number of hammers in row increases from top to bottom; at that, hammers of lower row 15 are made in form of fan blade.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of crusher and higher uniformity of wear of working members of crusher.
