SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a food preparation device used for food cooking based on heat. Technical result is achieved by the fact, that the food preparation device contains a cooking chamber, having opening, door, opening and closing opening, heaters provided in upper section and lower section of cooking chamber, superheated steam generator supplying superheated steam to the cooking chamber, wherein the superheated steam generator includes hydrogen water, obtained by adding hydrogen to the raw water, wherein the superheated steam fed into the cooking chamber is at temperature of 400 °C or higher, and a water spray section spraying water into the cooking chamber, wherein in the cooking chamber a restorative state is established, as well as technical result is achieved by the fact that the food preparation device contains a cooking chamber having an opening, door, opening and closing opening, heaters provided in upper section and lower section of cooking chamber, superheated steam generator supplying superheated steam into cooking chamber, a water spraying section, spraying water into the cooking chamber, and a cleaning process section, removing odor and releasing gas generated in the cooking chamber, wherein section for cleaning process has section, which is to be in contact with flowing water, wherein in cooking chamber restoring state is established.

EFFECT: technical result is providing a device for cooking food, which is less likely to result in loss of nutrients in food and leaves an unpleasant odor, as well as is characterized by the property of fine food preservation.
