A steam-generating device is equipped with a metal jacket, an inlet hole for water, through which water arrives into a jacket, a steam-generating heater built into a lower part of a jacket and evaporating water arriving via the inlet hole for water. Also the device additionally comprises a heater that increases steam temperature arranged above the steam-generating heater at the specified distance from the inner wall of the jacket and increasing temperature of steam produced by the steam-generating heater.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to produce superheated steam of high temperature, which results in making high-quality food.
