FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: protruding part 100 containing inclined surface 100b inclined to upper surface is provided on upper side of compartment 20 for food preparation. Superheated steam from device 50 for steam temperature increase is supplied from first upper steam outlet holes 101 made on flat surface 100a of protruding part 100 to lower surface inside compartment 20 for food preparation while superheated steam is being supplied from the second upper steam outlet holes 102 provided on inclined surface 100b of protruding part 100 to side surface inside compartment 20 for food preparation. Superheated steam from these steam outlet holes 101 and 102 is supplied effectively to upper and rear surfaces of heated product 90 in compartment 20 for food preparation at some distance from lower surface of compartment 20 for food preparation.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of heating medium supplied to food preparation compartment, simplifying the design, assembly, and reducing production costs.
