FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention simultaneously relates to mining operations and to technical stage of land reclamation, which are disturbed as a result of extraction of stocks of approximated steep deposits. Proposed method comprises separate excavation, movement and storage of rocks. At that, along the perimeter of the upper edge of the pit, at the end of development, a barrier dam is created for subsequent storage in the contoured space of wastes of processing of minerals similar in composition to the developed rocks, for this, at the stage of mining operations, performing selective development of soil layer, loose and rock overburden, mineral resources and their movement, respectively, to temporary dump of loose rock enclosing dam, temporary dumping of rock of enrichment plant, from the territory of the enclosing dam before the beginning of works on its formation, completely removing the soil layer, construction of the dam is carried out layer by layer upwards in advanced order, along the periphery there are rolled off rock strips, between which laid loose rocks layers with thickness of not more than 1 m, and loose rocks with a filtration coefficient of not more than 0.001 m/day are used as an insulating layer, which are placed in the center of the enclosing dam, insulating layer is compacted using soil vibration rollers, forming a system of engineering protection by the "wall in the ground" principle to provide a hydraulic support, rocks on side of pit are poured at angle of natural slope from opposite side, escarpment of enclosing dam is formed with resultant angle in range of 7–23° depending on direction of reclamation of disturbed lands, as this slope is set to limit position, bulldozer plans its surface and preparation for application of soil layer, after construction of enclosing dam and performance of mining operations from its periphery storage of wastes of processing of minerals is carried out until moment of difference of marks of surface of stored wastes and ridge of enclosing dam is not 1 m, then performing application of loose rocks on entire surface of wastes from temporary dump of loose rocks with subsequent layout by bulldozer, according to bulldozer planned surface soil is applied, which is moved with dump trucks from warehouse, besides, for storage of industrial wastes on outer slopes congresses are formed, providing transport access to ridge of enclosing dam, after completion of planning works are filled with soil with seeds of perennial grasses meadow-weed group.
EFFECT: reduced time of restoration of lands and their areas, withdrawn for placement of wastes of mining-processing industry, due to combination of works on extraction and performance of technical stage of reclamation.
