SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental medicine. Fabric tissue is soaked in water at 45 °C. Napkin is wrung out and wrapped around the tail of the rat along the whole length. Three heating cycles are performed for 15 s. Blood is sampled from a tail vein.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain sufficient blood volume for further analysis, possibility of repeated blood sampling in a short period of time, to minimize traumatization of rat tail tissues, to ensure absence of contamination of the obtained blood with foreign particles, to minimize the number of complications.
