FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Intermediate segment for arrangement between concave implantation surface of joint component, in particular, femoral prosthesis, and bone tissue has body of intermediate segment with at least one side facing joint component. One of at least one side facing the joint component is convex. Intermediate segment has a locking mechanism for securing the intermediate segment on the joint component with at least one first and one second locking member. At least one of the locking elements is movable and the first locking member has a first action axis (E1), and the second locking member has a second action axis (E2). Angle between first axis of action and second axis of action is not zero. Joint component with a concave implant surface is fixed by means of a blocking mechanism on a joint component of the above intermediate segment. Method of securing the above intermediate segment on a concave implant surface of a joint component involves the following steps: engaging the first locking member of the intermediate segment with the first component of engaging the component, engagement of the second locking element of the intermediate segment with the second element of engagement of the joint component. At least one of locking elements of intermediate segment is movable stop element. Axes (E1, E2) of action of locking elements (21, 32) have an angle that is not equal to zero.
EFFECT: inventions provide an opportunity, by means of which a joint component can be adapted to an individually available core of the patient's bone without damaging the additional bone tissue.
