FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Joint structure for knee or elbow joint articulation, which forms hinged joint, comprises connecting receiving part having surface of connecting receiving part and locking structure of receiving part and connecting body arranged in connecting receiving part and having surface of connecting body and locking structure of body. Receiving part and connecting body are made with possibility of rotation relative to each other around axis of rotation. Surface of connecting receiving part and surface of connecting body are made with possibility to move relative to each other in position, in which the locking structure of the receiving part and the locking body structure assume a locking position in which they are engaged to provide a locked state between the connecting receiving part and the connecting body. Locking structure of the receiving part and the locking structure of the body are designed so that to enable engagement with the locking element. Locking element is inserted in parallel to the axis of rotation. Method of fixing a connective structure for an endoprosthesis of a knee or elbow joint forming an articulated joint comprises the following steps: insertion of a connecting body having a surface of a connecting body and a locking structure of a body, into a connecting receiving part having a surface of a connecting receiving part and a locking structure of a receiving part. Receiving part and connecting body are made with possibility of rotation relative to each other around axis of rotation. Movement of the surface of the connecting body and the surface of the connecting receiving part relative to each other is performed so that the locking structure of the body and the locking structure of the receiving part assume a locking position. Fixing of connecting body and connecting receiving part in locking position by means of engagement of body locking structure and locking structure of receiving part, wherein fixation between locking body and locking structure of intake part is performed by means of shutoff element. Locking element is inserted in parallel to the axis of rotation.
EFFECT: inventions provide the most accurate immobilization of the joint area without too restricting the patient's mobility.
