FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. An endoprosthesis comprises first and second coupled elements. Said elements have front and back end faces and lateral sides. The first element comprises an external surface and an internal surface facing the second element. The second element comprises an external surface and an internal surface facing the first element. The internal surface of the first element contains a generally central longitudinal reciprocating crest extended between the front and back end faces of the first element, and a first pair of reciprocating arms extended longitudinally on opposite sides of the said crest. The internal surface of the second element contains a generally central longitudinal reciprocating groove extended between the front and back end faces of the second element, and a second pair of the reciprocating arms extended longitudinally on opposite sides of the said groove. The crest and the groove are coupled. The groove is provided to comprise the movable crest. The first and second pairs of the arms are coupled. The arms of the first element are pressed on the arms of the second element when the endoprosthesis is assembled.
EFFECT: invention provides preserved movement and protection of facet joints of an injured spinal segment against accelerated degeneration.
