FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry and method of producing laminated boards. Method is implemented by stacking several layers of fibres and/or particles with binder and/or other chemical additives onto a conveyor belt to form a multilayer carpet in which the layers are physically different from each other. Method includes: determination of final thickness and density of plate; determining the number of layers forming the board and the type of material used for each layer; selecting and preparing a component of each layer to be formed; applying stacking with displacement of layers, pre-determined in accordance with weight per m2 of each layer; preliminary compaction and, optionally, preliminary carpet heating; compaction of carpet using pressure and heat. Invention also describes a plate obtained using said method for producing a symmetrical or asymmetric stable plate.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain laminated boards using a series of layers which have a stable structure, in other words, in the finished board there are no internal stresses which lead to undesirable deformation of the board, and plate maintains its flatness both in symmetrical and asymmetric structure of layers using method, which provides stability by individual control of each layer and, thus, obtaining flat stable plates without internal stresses, causing plate deformation.
