FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a compound of dissimilar materials and can be used, in particular, in shipbuilding, aviation, chemical machine building, power engineering. Edges bevelling is made on each end of connected parts, assembly of butt-ends and exposure to rotating tool with pin to form a welded joint. Coupling is made with placement of part from more low-melting metal, for example, aluminium, above the edges bevelling. Impact of rotary tool is performed along median line of joint of prepared edges counterclockwise to provide lifting of more refractory metal, for example copper, from bottom part of welded seam and mixing of metals of connected parts. Edges bevelling is made with base length not exceeding diameter of rotating tool.

EFFECT: method provides higher strength and tightness of connections of dissimilar materials.
