FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used to produce a permanent tight connection from dissimilar materials. After cleaning from contaminants of contacting surfaces of connected parts, welding is performed by introducing a welding tool consisting of a concave shoulder and a pin, into a part from a more fusible material, which is located on top of a part from a more refractory material. Distance between the tip of the pin of the welding tool and the surface of the more refractory material is 25-75 mcm. Welding tool rotation speed is not less than 1100 rpm, feed rate is not more than 75 mm/min, and the angle of inclination of the welding tool relative to the normal to the connected parts is 2.5°.
EFFECT: use of said welding parameters in the method enables to obtain high-strength and tight joints due to provision of heat release sufficient for adhesive connection of materials by forming an intermetallic layer.
