FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to excavating equipment and can be used in mining industry during performance of overburden operations in open pits during winter on weak alluvial rocks of seasonal freezing, namely for softening of frozen workers and non-working sites. Working equipment includes a rotary platform, a two-beam telescopic boom connected to it with one root and one head extensible section, disk mills on the head section with mechanisms of rotation, pump station. Housing of root section is located on movable frame, which with the help of rollers enters guides of lower fixed frame, fixed to rotary platform. On movable frame for required angle of boom turn during operation of cutters from below upwards and from top to downwards along slope there are two hydraulic cylinders of turn of root section of boom, front on side of head section and rear hydraulic cylinder on the side of end of root section of boom. Rear hydraulic cylinder is connected with rotary post installed on movable frame, in hinge of boom root section turn.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions and gravity of working equipment, reduced deformation and increased strength of metal structures of boom, as well as increased stability and maneuverability of excavator during movement and in operating conditions.
