MICROVASCULAR CONTRAST ULTRASONIC IMAGING BY ADAPTIVE TEMPORAL PROCESSING Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B8/06

Abstract RU 2720102 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for creating an ultrasound contrast image of a microcirculatory bed in an image region comprises a time contrast processor responsive to harmonic echo signals and configured to process harmonic signals received from the contrast agent, to obtain a contrast data value for each of a plurality of spatial locations in the image region for a certain time point for a certain period of time, wherein the contrast data value for the spatial location in the image region for that point in time is generated by different methods for that time period, wherein the time period includes at least the step of receiving the contrast agent, and a scanning transducer connected to receive the obtained contrast data and configured to generate a contrast image for a time point by arranging the obtained contrast data for a plurality of spatial locations for a time point in the required image format. Ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system for contrast imaging of the microcirculatory bed in the imaging area comprises an ultrasonic probe configured to transmit ultrasonic beams and receiving ultrasonic echo signals, a beam former configured to generate an echo signal pattern for generating coherent echo signals, a signal separator responsive to coherent echo signals and configured to form separated harmonic echo signals received from the contrast agent, an ultrasonic contrast imaging device; and a display connected to the scanning transducer and configured to display the contrast image.

EFFECT: technical result of the declared invention consists in improvement of presentation of blood flow characteristics on a contrast image.
