FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ground construction, in particular, to prefabricated modular buildings of various functional purpose. Prefabricated modular building comprises bearing walls, floors and hollow columns of rectangular cross section. Walls, ceilings and columns are made in the form of connected to each other single-type modular elements, which are T-shaped crossbars, forming a solid form of modular element. Double glazing is attached to crossbars, along the perimeter of which there is a sealant. Insulating layer is installed between double-glazed window and crossbars. At that, T-shaped crossbars can be made with anti-corrosion and fire-prevention coating.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of erection of modular buildings due to reduction of number of complex technological processes at their assembly with simultaneous increase of seismic stability of quick-erect modular building.
