SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a shock-resistant releasable retainer for a door, for example, a glove compartment or other storage compartments in a vehicle, versions of the vehicle and a device for selectively closing the storage compartment door in a vehicle. Pawl holds the door closed and releases it to open the door. Pivotally mounted hook hooks pawl, for example, in recess when door is closed or moves in forward direction opposite to opening direction. Actuator moves the hook, allowing movement of the pawl, e.g. by engaging the actuator after engaging the hook, to release the door for opening. Otherwise, the hook remains engaged with the pawl to prevent accidental door release, for example, when moving in forward direction as a result of impact.
EFFECT: improved safety.
