FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction control and technical supervision of quality of construction and installation works. Method of flow instrumental diagnostics of tightness of dry waterproofing layer of roof, in which conditional-current-carrying base is provided inside roof so that electroconductive layer is located under diagnosed waterproofing of roof. Then, using the autonomous spark flaw detector, the entire roof surface is inspected, and if a through defect of the waterproofing is detected at the point of its detection, it is fixed with a spark test, occurring between conditionally conductive base and working electrode, on which unlike potentials of high voltage are formed, wherein waterproofing layer protrudes by electric insulator.

EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of detecting defects in diagnostics of waterproofing layer of roof.
